Its also very nice that you got close to the subject, to the point of it being macro and got the detail, the freckles in that face. The depth of field is nice and shallow, blowing out of focus those background elements so you can't help but focus on her, and her smile.
I'm interested by the tint here, as its a bit on the blue side. Did you do this intentionally, as it works very well.
